Installation
1.
If the
catalytic converter is a replacement, torque the Heated Oxygen Sensor
(HO2S) to
44 Nm (33 ft lb). 2.
Install new gaskets.
3.
Install
heat shields and torque bolts to
10 Nm (7 ft lb) 4.
Install
catalytic converter side with 3 studs first, and tighten nuts to
33 Nm (25 ft lb) 5.
Install 2 nuts and bolts from catalytic converter to
exhaust manifold and torque to
22 Nm (16 ft lb) 6.
Connect the HO2S connector.
