Fig. 23 Relay Terminal Identification:

1. Unplug relay and check for continuity between relay terminals, Fig. 23.
2. Continuity should exist between terminals B and D, and continuity should not exist between terminals A and C.
3. Apply battery voltage to terminal B and ground terminal D, continuity should now exist between terminals A and C.
4. If relay does not operate as specified, replace relay.
