Oxygen Sensor: Service and Repair
1.
Turn off the ignition.
2.
Disconnect the connector harness to the Heated Oxygen Sensor
(HO2S). 3.
Remove HO2S with an appropriate sensor socket.
4.
If sensor does not have anti-seize compound, apply a small amount of anti-seize onto threads before installing sensor.
5.
Install sensor, torque to
44 Nm (33 ft lb). 6.
Reconnect sensor harness.
