Brake Fluid Level Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection
BRAKE FLUID LEVEL SWITCH / TEST 1.
Remove the reservoir cap.
2.
Check that the float moves up and down freely; if it does not, replace the reservoir cap assembly.
3.
Check for continuity between the terminals in each float position according to the table.
4.
If necessary, replace the reservoir cap assembly.
