Powertrain - B Main Code During First Time Service

"B" Main Code Appears For First-Time Service

Got a '06 TSX in for first-time service but the MID shows a B main code instead of an A? A manufacturing problem with the gauge assembly is the cause, but it's nothing you can fix by fiddling with the hardware. Instead, just go ahead and do the service work called out for a B main code. The A main code will appear the next time service is needed, balancing out the services.
