USB Jack Replacement
USB Jack Replacement 1.
Remove the center console.
Center Console Removal/Installation 2.
Pull out the USB jack (A) from the center console, then disconnect the USB adapter cable connector (B).

Install the USB jack in the reverse order of removal.
