Power Mirror Motor: Service and Repair




Power Mirror Actuator Replacement

1. Remove the these items:

- Mirror holder Mirror Holder Replacement
- Power mirror Power Mirror Replacement

2. Disconnect the power mirror 16P connector.

3. Remove the gasket (A), then remove the two screws and connector from the mirror bracket (B).





4. Remove the cover (C).

5. Remove the three screws and the power mirror actuator (A), and disconnect the connectors (B).






6. Remove the five screws (A), and separate the visor (B) from the actuator housing (C).






7. Disconnect the side turn signal light 2P connector (A), and separate the housing (B) from the actuator housing (C).





8. Remove the harness (D) from the actuator housing.

9. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

10. Operate the power mirror to ensure smooth operation.
