Rearview Mirror Replacement

Without Navigation

1. Remove the roof console.

2. Slide the rearview mirror harness upper cover (A) forward, then remove the mirror harness cover (B) from the mirror harness cover base (C) and mirror base (D).






3. Disconnect the rearview mirror connector (A). Remove the TORX screw with a T20 TORX bit.






4. While holding the rearview mirror (A), pull out the mirror harness connector (B) through the headliner (C), then slide the rearview mirror rearward and off the mount (D).





5. Install the mirror in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- Before installing the mirror, remove the TORX screw, and apply medium strength liquid thread lock to it.
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.

With Navigation

1. Disconnect the rearview mirror connector (A).





2. Slide the rearview mirror harness upper cover (B) forward, then remove the mirror harness cover (C) from the mirror harness cover base (D) and the mirror base (E).

3. Loosen the TORX screw with a TORX T20 bit, then slide the rearview mirror (A) rearward and off the mount (B).





4. Install the mirror in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- Before installing the mirror, remove the TORX screw, and apply medium strength liquid thread lock to it.
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
- Push the hooks into place securely.
