Multi-information Switch Test/Replacement

1. Remove the driver's airbag assembly Driver's Airbag Replacement.

2. Disconnect the 7P connector (A) from the multi-information switch (B).





3. Remove the steering wheel cover (C) from the steering wheel Overhaul.

4. Remove the multi-information switch from the steering wheel by removing the four screws.

5. Measure the resistance between the multi-information switch 7P connector terminals No. 2 and No. 6 in each switch position according to the table.





6. If the resistance is not as specified, replace the switch.

7. If the switch is OK, but there is a problem with the switch function, check the cable reel subharness and cable reel.
