Rear Fender Liner: Service and Repair

Rear Inner Fender Replacement

Special Tools Required

- Push Push Pin Puller 07AAC-SJAA100

NOTE:

- Take care not to scratch the body or the related parts.
- Use the special tool to remove the clips.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the rear suspension damper unit Rear Damper Replacement.

2. Remove the rear inner fender (A).

1. Remove the screws (B, C) from the rear bumper (D) and the rear inner fender.

2. Remove the clips (E, F).

3. Remove the clips (G) securing the side sill panel (H) and the rear inner fender on the front of the rear wheel arch.

4. Pull out the rear inner fender.

NOTE: Left side shown; right side is similar.





3. Install the inner fender in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips into place securely.
