Air Cleaner Housing: Service and Repair

Air Cleaner Removal/Installation

1. Remove the battery trim, and the left upper fender trim.

2. Disconnect the MAF sensor/IAT sensor connector.

3. Loosen the hose band (A) of the intake air duct.

4. Remove the bolts (B) and the air cleaner (C).

5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: When tightening the screw of the hose clamp (D), align the edge of the hose clamp (E) with the painted mark (F).
