4000 Quattro & 80/90 Quattro

1. Loosen tie rod sleeve clamp nuts.
2. Adjust toe by turning sleeve either clockwise or counterclockwise.
3. Recheck adjustment.
4. With toe correctly adjusted, torque clamp nuts to 29 ft.lbs.
