Gk Campaign Data Entry Procedure
To process a campaign claim through WIN, the following data only needs to be entered into the system:
Claim ID:
Enter Repair Order Number up to 5 Digits
Mileage:
Enter Mileage from R/O up to 6 Digits
Repair Date:
Enter Month/Day/Year 6 Digits
VIN:
Enter Complete VIN Last 11 or Full 17 Characters
Claim Type:
Enter RC 2 Characters
Damage Code:
Enter applicable Code 4 Characters
