Service:

Do not replace hydraulic lifters for complaints of lifter noise where vehicle has not been driven for more than one week.

For verified customer complaints of severely noisy lifters, install lifters P/N 034 109 309R. These parts are in limited supply. Zone authorization for this repair is necessary. (No authorization needed in Canada).


Note:

For replacement of valve lifters in circumstances other than described, original equipment valve litter P/N 034 109 309N has been replaced by P/N 034 109 309AD.
