A. Light brake application of brake pads without plastic-coated backing plate.
B. Corrosion (brake disc) and/or excessive runout of hub or brake disc.
C. Corrosion (brake disc) and/or excessive runout of hub or brake disc.
D. Brake pad moves within brake caliper.

Production:
A. Brake pad with treated backing plate installed.

Service:
A. Inspect for correct part installation. ONLY BRAKE PADS WITH PLASTIC-COATED BACKING PLATE SHOULD BE INSTALLED.

B. Inspect for corrosion on brake disc. If corrosion is found, clean by brake application on road test.

C. Inspect for runout of brake disc and hub specification.
Hub: 0.02 mm
Brake Disc and Hub: 0.04 mm

Replace part, brake disc P/N 447 615 301B.

D. Install two (2) anti-knock shims, P/N 443 615 231A.

Refer to Warranty Policies and Procedures Manual, pages 2-1.1 and 1.3.

All tires must adhere to factory specifications (i.e. balance, runout).
