Wire Color Code Identification

Note: Wiring color codes have changed with the 1993 diagrams. There are some 1992 diagrams that are used for 1993, using the old color codes. If the diagram being used, has a color code included on it, use that specific code.


Up to 1993 color codes

BK - Black
BL - Blue
BR - Brown
CL - Clear
G - Green
GY - Gray
LT/G - Light Green
OR - Orange
R - Red
V - Violet
W - White
Y - Yellow

WS - White
SW - Black
RO - Red
BR - Brown
GN - Green
BL - Blue
GR - Gray
LI - Violet
GE - Yellow
