EGR Temperature Sensor: Description and Operation
EGR Temperature Sensor V8:
The
EGR Temperature Sensor is located in the exhaust side of the EGR valve in the connection pipe. The EGR temperature sensor is used as a fault detection device. The signal that it provides to the Motronic control module has no influence on the exhaust gas recirculation.
