Central Locking With Radio-Operated Remote Control, Repairing

The vehicle can be unlocked and locked without using the key.

Unlocking
- Press "Unlock" button on transmitter for approx. 1 second.
- Open doors and/or luggage compartment lid within approx. 30 seconds after radio signal is sent, otherwise vehicle will lock again automatically.

Locking
- Press "Lock" button on transmitter for approx. 1 second.


NOTES:
- With the ignition switched on, radio-operated remote control is deactivated and locking or unlocking with the transmitter is not possible.
- Depending on environmental conditions, the operating range is 3 to 5 meters (10 to 15 feet).
- The system may cease to function temporarily due to interference from other microwave signals in the area.
- When locking and unlocking, the turn signals are activated (flash).
