E-Box In Engine Compartment

The Engine Control Module (ECM) and the automatic Transmission Control Module (TCM) are located in the E-box in the engine compartment.

Removing
- Remove mounting screws of plenum chamber cover in engine compartment and remove cover.
- Remove cover of E-box.

Installing
- Install in reverse order of removal.

Disconnecting harness connectors in the engine compartment E-box







- To disconnect the two harness connectors -1-, use special tool 1922 to pull off the connectors in the E-box.
