Output Diagnostic Test Mode (Function 03)

NOTES:
- The output diagnostic test mode can only be carried out with vehicle stopped and engine not running.
- If a malfunction is found using output DTM, find the cause using troubleshooting procedures and carry out repairs.


During output DTM, the following systems are activated in sequence:
- Anti-theft warning system, i.e. the emergency flashers and the anti-theft warning horn are activated
- Simulate crash signal, i.e. interior lights come on and emergency flasher system activated

Initiating output DTM
- Press buttons -0- and -3- to select "Output Diagnostic Test Mode" function 03.

- Press -Q- button to confirm input.

Create Active Alarm

The interior lights come on and the emergency flasher system is activated by the anti-theft warning system.

- Press -> button to shut off alarm.
