High Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

A/C Refrigerant High Pressure Switches -F23- and -F118-

Removing and installing
- Remove bumper

- Separate plug connection -B-.
- Replace O-ring -A- (7.6 x 1.8 mm).

Tightening torque: 5 Nm (44 in.lb)

NOTE:
- To test the A/C system cooling performance, plug the removed switch back into wiring harness.
- The refrigerant system remains closed due to the Schrader valve.
- Illustration shows switch on Audi A4.
