Note: During removal and installation procedures, refer to the component location illustration above and component notes below.

Component Notes
Bolt (3)
- Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

Screw and Washer (4)
- 8 x 20 mm.
- Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

Bolt (6)
- 8 x 48 mm.

Nut (10)
- Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

Screw and Washer (12)
- 8 x 40 mm.
- Tighten to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

Bolt (13)
- To fasten shield to gear selector mechanism.

Installed Position Of Straps During Assembly:

Arrow points toward front of vehicle.
Distance -A- = 3 mm (1/8 inch).
