Re-Coding Transmitter

Notes:
^ If a transmitter is being replaced the new one must be coded.
^ Up to four transmitters can be coded for each system.
^ If a new transmitter is being coded, the existing transmitters must also be coded.
^ In addition to transmitters, two vehicle keys are also needed for coding.

Caution! For vehicles with chassis number up to 8DTA000295 transmitter coding is described on the rear lock, not the driver's door.


- Switch on ignition.

- Using second key, slowly lock vehicle at driver's lock, smoothly without jerking key in tumbler.

- Activate both transmitter buttons for at least 4 seconds.

^ The transmitter should now be functional.

- Lock vehicle again at driver's door, turn key slowly and smoothly in tumbler.

- Activate both buttons of second transmitter for at least 4 seconds.

^ The second transmitter is now functional.


Note: Repeat procedure with remaining transmitters (up to 4 max.), if requested or available.

- After switching ignition off, radio-operated remote control is ready for use.
