Compressor (Denso) Refrigerant Lines, Disconnecting/Connecting



- Discharge A/C refrigerant system, Service and Repair





- Remove bolts -A- and -B-.
Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 ft. lb)
- Replace O-rings -C- (23.8 mm x 2.4 mm) and -D- (11.1 mm x 1.8 mm).

NOTES:
- There may be different methods for installing the refrigerant lines to the connecting flange.
- Do not use the O-rings from the shipping caps that are installed on the connections when installing lines.
- Seal off all open refrigerant lines and connections on the compressor
