Compressor Bracket, Removing and Installing







- Remove noise insulation panel and move lock carrier to service position. [1][2]Procedures
- Remove ribbed belt and oil filter.

CAUTION! Before removing ribbed belt, mark the running direction. The belt could break if allowed to run in the reverse direction.

NOTES:
- After detaching the compressor secure it to the longitudinal member (e.g. using wire); do not leave it suspended from the lines.
- Do not discharge A/C system and do not disconnect refrigerant hoses from compressor
- Before removing compressor cover terminal surface between engine and oil cooler to protect from damage.

2 - Socket-head bolt with washer
- 25 Nm (18 ft. lb)
3 - Compressor (Denso) with A/C clutch
4 - Washer
5 - Bolt
- 25 Nm (18 ft. lb)
6 - Centering bushing
