Start engine and let idle with throttle in Closed Throttle Position (CTP).

Adjust the amount of play -a- between linkage rod -2- and stop on quadrant.
Specification: a =
0.5 mm (0.020 in.) - 1.0 mm (0.040 in.) -
Secure linkage on actuator from moving.
