Mass Air Flow Sensor Oil Seals, Replacing

Special tools and workshop equipment required







- Lever 80-200







- Pressing tool T40044

Work sequence
- Remove air cleaner housing.







- Carefully pry out oil seals using lever 80-200.

NOTE: When prying out oil seals, take care not to scratch or damage sealing surfaces of the rear air pipe.

- Pay attention to installation position of new oil seals.







- Sealing lip (arrow) faces downward


NOTE: Never use lubricant or oil.







- Position new oil seal on pressing tool T40044 and carefully press it home.
- Repeat procedure on other side.
- Install air cleaner housing.
