High Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

High Pressure Sensor -G65-, Removing And Installing







- Disconnect electrical connection.
- Remove high pressure sensor -B-.
Tightening torque: 5 Nm (44 in. lb)
- Replace O-ring seal -A- (10.8 mm x 1.8 mm)


NOTE:
- A/C cooling efficiency cannot be checked with with -G65- removed or disconnected. Coolant Fan Control (FC) Module -J293- will not energize the A/C clutch -N25-.
- Refrigerant system remains closed due to Schrader valve under sensor in line connection.
- Checking signal.
- Checking refrigerant system pressures.
