Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523-, Removing And Installing

Removing
- If control head is to be replaced:
- Use VAS 5051 Vehicle Diagnostic Testing and Information System in operating mode "Guided Fault Finding"
- Select "Replace" for appropriate Control Module and follow tester prompts.
- Remove glove box.







- Disconnect all electrical connectors -2- from Control Module -1-.







- Attach protective cap -1- to fiber-optic connector -2-.







- Remove screws -arrows- (4 Nm) and remove Control Module -1-.

Installing
- Install in reverse order of removal.
