Cylinder Head

Note:
Replace cylinder head bolts

1st stage: 30 Nm
2nd stage: 60 Nm
3rd stage: 90° (1/4) further turn
4th stage: 90° (1/4) further turn

Note:
It is not necessary to retighten cylinder head bolts later after repairs have been performed.

Checking Cylinder Head for distortion.
Max. permissible distortion 0.1 mm

Reworking dimension for cylinder head
Minimum dimension: 139.25 mm

Camshaft Sprocket
Left drive sprocket to mounting bracket 5 Nm + 90° 1)2)
Right drive sprocket to cylinder block 42 Nm

1) 90° corresponds to a quarter turn
2) Replace bolts





Camshaft Bearing cap to cylinder head 5 Nm + 90° 1) 2)
1) 90° corresponds to a quarter turn
2) Replace bolts

intake manifold to cylinder head 10 Nm

Exhaust manifold to cylinder head 25 Nm 1)
1)Replace nuts
