Cutting Locations







- Cut-out reinforcement for wheel housing
- Separate original joint.
- Drill out spot welds - a - from inside.
- Drill additional holes for SG plug weld seam.
- Take off part.
- Remove adhesive remains with knife and scraper.

Replacement parts
- Plenum chamber
- Reinforcing plate

Preparing new part







- Drill 7 mm holes for SG plug weld seam.

Welding in
- Fit new part on straightening bracket.







- Weld new part in, SG plug weld seam.
