Check Control Module Versions (function 01)
- Connect VAG 1551 scan tool and select address word 03 for "Brake electronics.
- Go to start position of program by pressing (arrow) button





Indicated on display
- Press buttons -0- and -1- for the function "Check Control Module Versions" and confirm entry with -Q- button.

Note:
^ The control module version can only be altered by installing anew control module.
^ Also refer to the Parts catalog for the correct ABS control module (w/EDL) -JI04- for the vehicle.

The coding is only shown on vehicles with traction control system (ASR), coding control module.

The workshop code, WSC XXXXX, identifies the workshop which performed the last coding of the control module.
