Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

- Discharge A/C refrigerant system. Service and Repair

- Remove bolt -A-.
Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ft. lb)
- Detach refrigerant lines from evaporator.

- Replace O-ring -A- (16.7 mm x 1.8 mm) and O-ring -B- (10.8 mm x 1.8 mm).
- Seal off all open connections (for evaporator, cap -C- from replacement evaporator can be used).
- Install refrigerant lines free of stress.

NOTE: Make sure that grommet -D- is properly seated.
