High Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair




High Pressure Sensor -G65-, Removing And Installing

- Remove front bumper:







- Disconnect connector -B-.
- Remove High Pressure Sensor -G65-

Tightening torque: 5 Nm.

- O-Ring-seal -A- (10.8 mm x 1.8 mm) replace.


NOTE:
- The illustration shows High Pressure Sensor -G65- on condenser for vehicle with 2.0 L or 3.0 L gas engine, on other condensers the High Pressure Sensor -G65- is installed on the right hand side.
- The cooling performance cannot be checked with High Pressure Sensor -G65- the A/C Control Head -E87- does not switch on the compressor.
- The refrigerant circuit remains closed, connection with valve.
- Checking function and delivered signal of High Pressure Sensor -G65-.
