Assembly overview
1 - side window
- Note different clearances between adhesive bead and edge of window:
- Dimension -a- = 7 mm (0.275 in.)
- Dimension -b- = 6 mm (0.236 in.)
2 - Backing
- Self-adhesive
- Before installing, remove protective foil and press onto window
3 - C-pillar trim
- To remove side window, drill out rivet heads, drive out rivet stems and detach trim
4 - Pop rivet
5 - Door seal
- Pull door seal off body flange in area of pop rivets at C-pillar
