Side Glass, Installing

- Press roof trim strip and lower trim strip completely into retaining clips.
- Cut back adhesive bead from side glass approx. 2 mm (0.079 in.).
- Cut back adhesive bead on glass flange.
- Apply adhesive sealing material all around in center of residual material on glass.







- Dim. -a- = 8 mm +2/-0 mm (0.315 in. +0.079/-0 in.)
- Dim. -b- = 12 mm +3/-0 mm (0.472 in. +0.118/-0 in.)

CAUTION:
- Do not prime or use cleaning agent on the adhesive surface.
- Glass must be installed within 10 minutes, otherwise the adhesive ability of the adhesive will be reduced.







- Align glass toward glass opening and press into opening.
- Glass must be pressed in until sealing lip contacts radius of upper roof trim strip and D-pillar (arrow).
- Secure glass with pop rivet - 1 - and with adhesive tape.
- Install C-pillar trim.
Curing time: 4 hours.
