Rear axle toe, adjusting





- Remove floor pan panel - 1 - in front of trapezoidal link.





Convertible only
- Remove diagonal brace - 1 - or - 2 - on the side where toe adjustment is required.





Continued for all vehicles
- Remove nut - C - on bolt connection between trapezoidal link (inside, front) and subframe.
- Adjust toe by turning eccentric bolt - D -.
- Install and tighten new nut - C -.

Note:
^ The maximum adjustment range is 90° to the left or right of the center position.
^ Adjusting the individual toe settings automatically alters the geometric running direction of the axle.

- Check toe setting again after tightening nut - C -.

Cabriolet models only
- Install diagonal strut.

- Install underbody trim.
