Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory, reading, 01J CVT A/T FWD
- Connect VAS 5051 Vehicle Diagnosis, Measurement and Information System. In selection touch vehicle system 02 Transmission Electronics. Ignition must be switched on.





Display on VAS 5051
- In selection -1- touch diagnostic function 02 Read DTC memory.





Display on VAS 5051:
1 - Contents of the DTC memory:
^ 0 DTC detected

or
^ X DTCs detected
2 - DTC
^ DTC
^ Location of DTC
^ Type of DTC
A - If DTCs were recognized:
- Print out contents of screen or OBD protocol.
- End function 02 Read DTC memory by touching [] button.





Display on VAS 5051
- Repair malfunctions) using DTC Chart. Transmission Control Systems
- In selection touch diagnostic function 02 Read DTC memory again and delete DTC memory.
- Touch "06 End output".

B - If no DTC was detected:
- Touch 06 End output.
