Fax Machine

• In order to be able to remove fax machine (R73), the center section of the backrest must be removed first.

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove the backrest center section.

- Remove cover - 1 - in rear center console.





- Remove screws - 2 - (4 Nm) located below.

- Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 - (4 Nm) on backrest side.





- Swivel rear center console forward in - direction of arrow -.

- Disconnect harness connectors to fax machine and remove rear center console with fax machine from vehicle.

Vehicles with Center Console Extension

- Remove the center console extension.

All

- Turn center console with lower side upward.

- Remove bolts - 1 - to - 5 - (3 Nm) and remove housing with fax machine from center console.





- When removing, pay attention to the wiring harness secured to fax machine.

- Remove bolts - arrows - (2 Nm) on rear side.





- Swivel housing again onto the rear side.

- Remove fax machine - 1 - in - direction of arrow - from housing - 2 -.





Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.
