Microphone Unit in Front Roof Module Overview

The microphone unit (in front roof module) (R164) in the front interior lamp) (W1) has three microphones maximum.

As of calendar week 22/04, only two microphones were installed.

One microphone is connected (Telephone Microphone (R38)) with the Telephone Transceiver (R36). The other microphones are connected to the Digital Sound System Control Module (J525).

B Front interior lamp
C Microphone 1 (black/gray) to Digital Sound System Control Module/Telephone Transceiver
D Microphone 2 (white) to Digital Sound System Control Module (left-side steering only) up to calendar week 21/04
E Telephone transceiver
F Digital Sound System Control Module
G Microphone 4 (red) to Digital Sound System Control Module (right-side steering only) up to calendar week 21/04
H Blue/green microphone 3 wire to the digital sound system control module/telephone transceiver
