Wheel Alignment Test Prerequisites

Observe the general information on wheel alignment. Refer to => [ Wheel Alignment ] Wheel Alignment.

• Tread depth difference may be no more than 2 mm per axle.

• Tires inflated to prescribed pressure

• Vehicle empty weight *

* Empty weight means: Weight of the vehicle ready for the road (fuel tank and fluid reservoir for windshield/headlamp washer system completely filled, spare wheel, vehicle tools and vehicle jack) and without driver.

Spare wheel, vehicle tools and vehicle jack must be located in the position specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

• Check the suspension, steering and steering linkage for excessive play and damage, repair if necessary.
