Digital Sound System Control Module 2, Bang and Olufsen

CAUTION!
• This section refers to components of the communication systems available in Europe and not all apply to communication systems used in USA and Canada.

CAUTION!
• Switch off all electrical components.

• Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

Removing

- Open left luggage compartment storage bin.

- First remove Digital Sound System Control Module (J525) => [ Digital Sound System Control Module, Bang and Olufsen ].

The Digital Sound System Control Module 2 (J787) must be removed with bracket.

- Disconnect electrical connection - 3 - on Digital Sound System Control Module 2 (J787).





- Unscrew nuts - 1 -, - 4 - and - 5 - (3 Nm) and remove bracket - 2 - with Digital Sound System Control Module 2 (J787) toward right.

- Remove nuts - 1 - and - 2 - on rear side (3 Nm).





- Turn over bracket - 3 - with Digital Sound System Control Module 2 (J787) - 4 - again and unscrew nuts - 1 - and - 2 - (3 Nm).





- Remove Digital Sound System Control Module 2 (J787) - 4 - from bracket - 3 -.





Installing

- Install in reverse order.
