Engine/manual transmission, fastening

Cylinder head





Replace bolts

1. Step 40 Nm
2. Step 180° (2 x 90° is permissible)

Intake manifold 9 Nm

Camshaft bearing





Replace bolts. Gently tighten in several stages.

Tightening torque 8 Nm plus an additional 90°

Turbocharger/exhaust manifold





Main Bearing caps 65 Nm plus 90° (1/4 turn)

Crankshaft pulley





Drive plate





Dual-Mass Flywheel





Water pump 15 Nm
