Noises from the MMI control panel in the center console.
Technical Background
The Keyless Entry aerial has free play in the mounting.
Production Solution
Reduced free play from parts version 03S.
Service
1. When removing the control panel, make sure that the metal clips (Figure 2) do not fall in the center console.
2. As shown in Figure 3, the clips are in a narrow point and can cause noises. The metal clips must be removed.
3. Stick a thin felt strip (533 867 910A) on the Keyless Entry aerial, as shown in Figure 5.
