Pump Valve Unit

- Remove pump valve unit. Refer to => [ Pump Valve Unit, Checking ] Pump Valve Unit, Checking.

- Remove bolts - A -.





- Remove coolant pipes:

• Pipes - C - to front passenger's heater core

• Pipes - D - to driver's heater core

• Replace O-ring seals - B -.

• Coat O-ring seals with refrigerant before inserting.

• Insert rubber bushings - E - into pump valve unit and into bracket - F -, as shown in illustration.
