Tire Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Metal Valve Body,

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)

- Place metal valve with rubber seal through rim from inside.

- Position beveled washer and union nut from outside and tighten => [ (Item 7) Union nut ] Wheel Electronics Assembly Overview.

- Secure against turning with counterhold - 1 - (e.g. drill bit 2 mm dia.).





- Press wheel electronics - 1 - into bed and fasten at rear of valve with microencapsulated bolt => [ (Item 6) Microencapsulated bolts ] Wheel Electronics Assembly Overview.
