Seat Heating Element, Standard Seat, Removing and Installing

Removing

- Remove seat: vehicles from November 2004 => [ Power Front Memory Seat ] Power Front Memory Seats, From November 2004.

- Remove backrest: vehicles from November 2004 => [ Backrest, Standard Front Seat ] Standard Front Seat, From November 2004.

- Remove cover and padding from seat pan. Refer to => [ Seat Pan Cover and Cushion, Standard Seat ] Seat Pan Cover and Cushion, Standard Seat.

- Cut wire - 2 - off of old heating element - 1 -.





Installing

- Align heating element - 1 - on seat surface, remove protective foil and glue heating element to cushion.

- Insert electrical wire - 2 - into gap - 3 -.

- Lay wire connections without crossing into bottom of openings at positions - 4 -.
