Brake Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

Brake Pressure Sensor 1

• Protect the engine compartment against leaking brake fluid.

- Loosen the bolt - 1 - and pull the coolant expansion tank out in the direction of the - arrow -, then swivel the tank to one side. Tightening specification of bolts 6 Nm.





- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 -.





- Remove the brake pressure sensor - 4 -.





Installing

Remaining installation is in reverse order of removal.

- Bleed the brake system. Refer to => [ Brake System Bleeding ] Brake System Bleeding.

- Perform the Electronic Stabilization Program (ESP) road test.
