Central Air Flap Motor V70, Removing And Installing
Removing
- Remove glove compartment
- Disconnect connector - A -.
- Remove bolts - B -.
- Remove Central Air Flap Motor V70.
Installing
NOTE: The control motor cam plate is color-coded; for the Central Air Flap Motor V70 it is white
- Insert the two lugs - A - and - B - in the cam plate groove - C -.
Reinstall all parts removed in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
- Lay wiring harness such that it cannot come into contact with moving components (e.g. control motor lever).
- Check and erase DTC memory; perform basic setting.
NOTE: Operation of the control motor can be checked as follows: Connect the two contacts "5" and "6" in the control motor connector to a 12 V DC source. The control motor moves as far as the stop in one direction. Interchanging positive and negative reverses direction. Use adapter for this purpose.
