1 Metal valve body

• Delivered complete

• Replace valve insert with every tire change

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body, ] Service and Repair

2 Valve core

3 Seal

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body, ] Service and Repair

4 Rim

• Tires, mounting and dismounting => [ Dismounting tire ] Procedures and => [ Mounting tire ] Procedures

5 Wheel electronics

• Must be completely replaced

• Battery life approximately 7 years

• Remaining battery life, temperature and pressure can be read via diagnosis with Vehicle Diagnostic, Measuring and Information System (VAS 5051A)

6 Microencapsulated bolts Torx (T20)

• Tightening specification, 4 Nm

• Bolts must be replaced

• Can only be obtained as a replacement part with wheel electronics

7 Union nut

• Tightening specification, 4 Nm

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body, ] Service and Repair

8 Beveled washer
